Answer a few questions to determine the right intervention strategy when two team members are clashing.
1. Is the conflict about the *work* (task/process) or about the *person* (interpersonal/behavioral)?
Task Conflict: Have they attempted to resolve it themselves?
Task Conflict: Is the disagreement blocking project delivery?
Interpersonal Conflict: Does it involve HR violations (harassment, discrimination, severe toxicity)?
Interpersonal Conflict: Have you gathered facts from *both* sides privately?
